Legal Advisor

We are looking for a candidate who has:

- Passed the bar exam

- At least 3 years of experience*

- Excellent English skills (verbal as well as written);

- International legal knowledge;

- Good IT skills;

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;

- Affinity for further learning and career development; and

- Motivated, independent, and proactive while working.

*Experience in regulatory, employment, IP, and/or competition law will be considered an advantage.

Your tasks:

- Following and implementing of national laws concerning company management;

- Doing research on national and international laws concerning company management;

- Giving professional legal opinions;

- Contract and internal legal act drafting; and

- Other legal duties.

The candidate would, in particular, be expected to be ready to undertake the responsibility in the following legal areas:

- Corporate law,

- Regulatory law,

- Product compliance.
