Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the NSoft sales teams with monitoring customer accounts
- Providing data and reports to management in order to improve the sales team performance.
- Supporting senior sales management and the sales team to ensure smooth day to day coordination on administrative and business related issues.
- Client and Agent tracking and reporting
- Processing of out/inbound leads prior to lead handover
- Answering queries from in-bound leads
- Data gathering and input (S&M, Support, Finance, Legal, BAS and Operation dep.)
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent back-office service
- Reporting discrepancies and issues to the Sales Management
- Maintain good relationship with the existing clients and upsell products
- Stay updated on the latest industrial development and make suggestions to the Sales Management for product improvement based on the clients' demands.
- Responsibly use internal tools with emphasis on CRM tools
Expectations:
- Understanding of sales principles and client service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Excellent administration skills
- Experience in working with G Suite is a plus
- High level of independence and proactive decision making
- Previous work experience is a plus
