Through the training program, you can learn how to provide technical assistance or a solution to a problem, and to provide superior customer service using communication skills. The training will focus on basic knowledge of client operating systems, basic hardware and software issues, networking, effective communication, professionalism in the workplace, and teamwork.
Program Details:
Program Dates: April 2024
Time: Two-hour workshops daily, 5:00-7:00 p.m, spanning a full week
Location: Mostar
Attendance Requirement: Participants are expected to be present every day of the program.
Expectations:
- Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, and basic troubleshooting.

They need to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms, both verbally and in writing. Active listening is also important to fully understand the user's issues.

- Time Management and Prioritization: IT support operators often face a variety of issues and requests simultaneously. Being able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact, and work efficiently under pressure is vital to provide timely assistance to all users.
