Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive and optimized UIs in our web applications and/or design highly scalable backend software components.

• Test, deploy, maintain and improve the software.

• Improve scalability, stability and efficiency of software components.

• Working in a cross-functional team that touches many of the core systems and user flows.

• Participate in feature planning

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in software development.

• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES2015+).

• Excellent knowledge of CSS, with experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS).

• Proficiency with one or more popular JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Vue.js, Angular, AngularJS, React)

• Experience with JavaScript tooling (Webpack) and package management (npm)

• Experience in working with REST API

• Familiarity with TypeScript

Expectations

• Supporting practices that promote efficiency, legibility, testability and maintainability of code.

• Writing unit tests for your code

• Familiarity with the usage of terminal CLI

• Experience with version control (bonus: Git)

• Being a self motivated, responsible and an excellent team player.

• Being interested and able to learn other coding languages as needed.

• Being proficient in written English.

Bonus skills

• Experience with Vue.js

• Experience with Node.js

• Experience with WebSockets

• Experience with writing unit and end-to-end tests

• Familiarity with Web components

• Familiarity with micro-frontend architectural concepts

• Familiarity with GraphQL

• Experience with RDBM is a bonus
