Technical Account Manager

Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Develop strong relationship with relevant technical staff of NSoft’s clients,
- Address all product-related queries on time
- Attend meetings with potential clients in order to ensure all technical requirements from both NSoft and client’s side are met before starting cooperation
- Train customers to use products effectively
- Act as a project manager for development of new features for client
- Ensure that all escalated issues reported by client are tracked and addressed, and the client is involved and updated on status
- Provide developers with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products
- Report on product performance
- Identify solutions to reduce support costs
- Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
- Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales
- Establish best practices
- Keep track of sales performance metrics
Some of the requirements that are necessary for this job position and that we hope you have are:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager (at least 2 years)
- Excellent technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies
- Ability to gasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
- Advanced knowledge of behavioral targeting and display advertising exchanges
- Ability to match client’s business requirements with product capabilities
- Ability to make right decisions based on strong analytical reasoning skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills that build positive relationships with other team members
- Strong ability to organize work schedule and time to ensure deadlines are always met
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
- Exceptional verbal and written organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and Initiative
- Demonstrable success in thinking strategically, executing tactically while providing consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business need
